Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Generate and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
